FleetOS provides a comprehensive yacht and boat management platform that includes fleet management, booking systems, crew scheduling, maintenance tracking, and marketplace features.

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Vessel Listings

When listing a vessel on FleetOS, you represent that you have the legal right to offer the vessel for charter or sale, and that all information provided is accurate and up-to-date.

5. Booking and Payments

All bookings made through FleetOS are subject to the specific terms agreed upon between the vessel owner/operator and the charterer. FleetOS facilitates these transactions but is not a party to the charter agreement.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the platform
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Scrape or collect data without permission

7. Limitation of Liability

FleetOS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
